For deliveries to the US there is a flat rate charge. Items are sent by Canada-USA AIR letter mail. Typically this takes about 6-10 business days.
For deliveries within Canada there is a flat rate charge on most items. Items are sent by AIR letter mail. Typically this takes about 4 business days.
For international deliveries there is a flat rate charge on most items. Items are sent by international AIR letter mail. Typically this takes upto 18 business days sometimes longer.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through PayPal. We also accept PayPal directly (confirmed delivery addresses only).

How can I check on the status of my order?

You can check your order status at any time by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page where you can view the status of your present and past orders. Once your order status changes to "Shipped" that means we have sent your order.

What happens if the item I want is not available?

Very occasionally, due to unexpected demand, a product you have selected may be unavailable. If this is the case we will suggest an alternative or confirm when the product will be available or you may cancel the order.
