For deliveries to the US there is no shipping charge. Items are sent by Canada-USA AIR letter mail.
	For deliveries within Canada there is no shipping charge. Items are sent by AIR letter mail.
	For international deliveries there is no shipping charge. Items are sent by international AIR letter mail.

Please note we will only deliver to the shipping address as provided in the Decals Only customer account.

How long till I receive my decal(s)?

Orders placed before midnight are sent the next working day. For items within North America, items are sent by AIR letter mail and you should expect to receive your items within 10 working days. All other countries are sent by international AIR mail and should reach you within 14 working days.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through PayPal. We also accept PayPal directly (confirmed delivery addresses only).

How can I check on the status of my order?

You can check your order status at any time by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page where you can view the status of your present and past orders. Once your order status changes to "Dispatched" that means we have sent your order.

What happens if the item I want is not available?

Very occasionally, due to unexpected demand, a product you have selected may be unavailable. If this is the case we will suggest an alternative or confirm when the product will be available or you may cancel the order.
